Emily Baniak is a fine artist, and a young one at that. She graduated from Charlotte High School this year with an impressive GPA. Her solid work and impressive talent earned her the Bright Futures Scholarship. Charlotte State Bank awards bonds to art contestants
Charlotte State Bank awarded $50 U.S. savings bonds to the three winners of the bank's Fourth of July coloring contest for children. The bank invited entries in each of three age groups: 6 and under, 7 to 9; and 10 to 12. Full Story
Golf summer sweepstakes announced
Rotonda Golf and Country Club is running a $5,000 summer sweepstakes now through Oct. 31. Fine art on loan at Charlotte Bank
A dozen paintings by award-winning artist Bonita Williams Goldberg are on display at Charlotte State Bank's Punta Gorda office at 2331 Tamiami Trail. The works are on loan from Sunart Gallery & Framing in Punta Gorda and will remain on the walls of the bank for at least a month. Full Story
