Charlotte sheriff’s manager earns state accreditation

CCSO accreditation manager Christine Goracke is one of the first in the state of Florida to become a Florida Certified Accreditation Professional. The certification was presented on Oct. 29 in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
The award focuses on personal proficiency in a criminal justice.
Those who earn FCAP certification have reached the highest level of achievement and recognition in their field.
Ms. Goracke was also awarded Accreditation Manager of the Year in 2007 by the State of Florida for Law Enforcement and Corrections Accreditation.
“Christine is revered as one of the top experts in the field in the state,” Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Cameron said. “Christine is constantly on the forefront of new and innovative practices and is the person accreditation managers go to for advice.”
