Bell named president of BIA board
Owen-Ames-Kimball Charlotte market office manager Frank Bell has been elected president of the Charlotte-Desoto Building Industry Association for 2012. The CDBIA is comprised of more than 300 area builders, contractors, designers and industry businesses.
