Goal Post fundraiser for Military Heritage Museum features Super Bowl star Anthony Hargrove

Port Charlotte resident Tony Hargrove, who played with the New Orleans Saints during Super Bowl XLIV, will be the guest bartender, assisted by Jomo Brown, at John Hall’s Goal Post Grill and Sports Bar. The Military Heritage Museum benefit starts at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 13.

The Goal Post staff generously allows a charity to receive tips earned by the bartenders and servers in the inside bar and restaurant.

Music will be provided by Herb and Leslie Isley of the Armadillo Band.

Military Heritage Museum executive director Kim Lovejoy and other museum volunteers and trustees will serve as wait staff. The Goal Post is at 3575 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte. For more information, call 575-9002. ¦
