Additional Information Explore The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel
Come discover hundreds of naturally preserved islands, untamed beaches and our warm Gulf waters where it's easy to find a piece of Florida to make your own.

Meander our hundreds of naturally preserved acres and our warm Gulf waters waiting to be discovered. Find yours when you find yourself surrounded by the things that matter most.

Life's better on the water.
We owe everything to the warm Gulf waters that surround us. The soft, white sand beaches to play on, the millions of shells to find or the days spent kayaking, boating or fishing – none of which would be possible without it. The water connects us to nature, and with each new discovery, to each other.

A breath of fresh air.
To talk about land on The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel is to talk about some of Florida's most natural habitats. The unmanicured coastlines, mangrove estuaries, pine forests and parks and preserves help flora and fauna thrive, and give us something breathtakingly beautiful to look at and play upon every single day.

Welcome to town.
Sooner or later, everyone needs a break from the beach. When that moment happens for you, head to the nearest town for a little self-indulgence in the form of great local restaurants, shopping, live music and nightlife that last well into the next morning. Cultural pursuits and family friendly attractions are available across the map, so include a beach break into your itinerary and see a different side of The Beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel.

Leaving things the way we found them.
Our commitment to the preservation of the environment isn't new. It's something ingrained in each of us, perhaps because we love the shell-strewn beaches, natural islands and parks and reserves every bit as much as our visitors. To keep it that way, many accommodations and other businesses have implemented environmentally responsible practices to help increase your enjoyment of our most precious resources, and for the enjoyment of generations to come.

The more you know, the better.
The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel is an incredibly low maintenance travel experience. Armed with all the important facts and information, and it's even easier.
